A simple process
Every project follows the same four steps. The timeline depends on the size of your site, so treat this as a map of what happens, not a promise of dates.
Step 1: Discovery and design
We start by learning your business. We map your content, look at what your team publishes and how often, and design for your brand. By the end of this step you know what we're building and why.
Step 2: Build or modernize
Next comes the build. For a new site, we create a custom AI-native site on SiteKit: custom code, not templates, with a built-in content hub. For an existing site, we upgrade your WordPress setup with monitoring, expert updates, backups and speed work.
Step 3: Connect your AI
This is where the site starts to feel different. We set up MCP so your team's AI assistant can draft and update pages by asking. We configure permissions and approvals, and we walk your team through training and guides so everyone knows what to do on day one.
Step 4: Launch and scale
After launch, we don't disappear. We monitor your site around the clock, support your team when questions come up and keep improving things over time.

What you can expect afterward
